The frequency band and attenuation of removed noise vary depending on whether a first capacitor (21), a second capacitor (22), and a third capacitor (23) are connected to the region of a side frame (34) or a side frame (35) of a bottom part (31) which is a grounded conductor surface. The noise removal characteristics are varied by changing the placement of the first capacitor (21), the second capacitor (22), and the third capacitor (23) even if factors such as the impedance of a ferrite core (12), the shape of a casing (11), and the capacitance of the capacitors remain constant. Components including the ferrite core (12) are thereby shared, and the noise removal characteristics are easily adjusted regardless of the characteristics of connected electrical equipment. |
