The present invention relates to a product registration service providing method using the item of an open market. More specifically, a service providing server which provides an open market service includes the following steps of: (1) confirming the identification of a user through an identification authentication process including at least one identification authentication method including an I-PIN authentication, a certificate authentication, and a mobile phone authentication; (2) registering the user as a member by receiving member information and recommender information from a user terminal; (3) supplying an item to the account of the member which corresponds to the recommender information; (4) receiving a product registration application by receiving product information from a seller terminal of a seller among registered members; and (5) deducting an item from the account of the seller, registering the product by the product registration application, and displaying the product information of the registered product. The product registration service providing method using the item of an open market, which is provided by the present invention, deducts an item and registers a product if a seller applies a product registration for a product sale in the open market, provides the item for a member who is inputted as a recommender when a user joins membership, and processes an identification authentication by one or more methods among the I-PIN, the certificate authentication, the mobile phone authentication, an e-mail authentication, an account authentication, a credit card authentication, and a business registration number authentication. The present invention is also able to attract members aggressively and activate an e-commerce through an open market because a seller is able to recommend the open market to users in order to receive an item for a product registration.
