The present invention relates to a method and a principle for cell necrosis, capable of removing cells by stirring cells using physical rotational force due to the application of alternating magnetic fields after manufacturing and introducing magnetic nanowires having dipole into cells. Therefore, when a composition for inducing cell necrosis of the present invention is applied to cells which are required to be removed such as cancer cells, the cells can be removed by applying a physical impact to the cells by rotating the introduced magnetic nanowires. Additionally, the present invention can provide heat treatment effect due to heating due to an inducing current caused by the application of magnetic fields and can improve treatment effect by attaching medicine to the surface of the nanowires.
