Provided is a readout circuit capable of detecting whether the retained data is inverted by noises such as static electricity. The readout circuit retains the contrary data in a first latch circuit and a second latch circuit during a readout period to use the data being inverted in the same direction by the noises such as static electricity to detect the errors of the retained data.
