PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitted fabric which has both of superior contact cold feeling and air permeability, and is light and thin even being formed by using a cotton spun yarn.SOLUTION: The knitted fabric is a knitted fabric knitted by using a spun yarn containing 70 wt.% or more of cotton. In the spun yarn, the number of fluffs having a length of 5 mm or more is 0-15 fluffs/10 m. The spun yarn is a fine spinning twisted union yarn of 45 cotton count or more in English cotton count, and is mercerized. The knitted fabric has an air permeability of 250-500 cc/cmsec and a contact cold feeling of 0.20-0.40 W/cm. |
