A lamp, provided with: a base comprising a thermally conductive material and having a cylinder part and a lid part provided to one end part of the cylinder part; and a plurality of light-emitting elements thermally connected to the cylinder part of the base and disposed so as to be scattered across the entire outside circumference of the cylinder part. The base has a through-hole. The light-emitting elements are fed power by wiring extending from the inside of the base to the outside of the base through the through-hole. The through-hole is positioned in the lid part. |
