To solve a problem that a user that uses a relay device such as a mobile router cannot grasp that the communication quality has deteriorated because of too strong reception intensity of a radio wave even if the relay device such as the mobile router reports the reception intensity of the radio wave at weak, medium, and strong levels, provided is a relay device which relays a radio communication between a communication terminal and a base station, and is provided with: a first communication quality acquisition unit which acquires a first communication quality between the relay device and the base station; a first communication quality report unit which reports the first communication quality acquired by the first communication quality acquisition unit; a reception intensity acquisition unit which acquires the reception intensity of a radio wave received from the base station; and a reception intensity report unit which reports that the reception intensity acquired by the reception intensity acquisition unit has exceeded a predetermined threshold value. |
