The present invention prevents biasing of a reflux current when an inverter is operating in a power conversion device, suppressing an increase of loss. A power conversion device comprises first and second transistor switch groups in which arms are connected in parallel. A sense resistor for sensing a drain current is connected to the first and second transistor switch groups. A first drive circuit group and a second drive circuit group have means for monitoring the sense current flowing to the sense resistor, and have a plurality of delay circuits. The startup of the plurality of transistor switch groups is controlled by controlling the activation and deactivation of the plurality of delay circuits using the magnitude of the sense current. |
