Systems and methods for providing an automated assessment to a user may include authenticating, by a processor, the user for the automated assessment, providing, by the processor, a description of a job to the user, providing, by the processor, a plurality of tasks to the user, receiving, by the processor, a plurality of responses, wherein each response is elicited by at least one of the plurality of tasks, associating, by the processor, one or more first numerical scores with at least one response, providing, by the processor, at least a portion of a response to an evaluator for evaluation according to predetermined criteria, receiving, by the processor, one or more evaluations for at least a portion of one response, associating, by the processor, one or more second numerical scores that correspond to at least one evaluation and processing, by the processor, the one or more first numerical scores and the one or more second numerical scores to obtain an assessment rating. |
