The vehicle has a seat-belt provided with a swingable pivotal arm (6) which is mounted at a vehicle column portion (2). The swingable pivotal arm is positioned between a bringing position and a waiting position. A belt gripper (4) is coupled with a deflection roller (5) which is connected with an exposed end (6.2) of the pivotal arm. A section of the deflection roller is rested against the vehicle column portion. The belt gripper is automatically folded out during pivoting of the pivotal arm on the vehicle column portion by rotating movement of the deflection roller.
