The present invention relates to a solar cell and a method for manufacturing same. A solar cell and a method for manufacturing same according to one embodiment of the present invention include a photoelectric conversion part; an electrode which is connected to the photoelectric conversion part; a ribbon which is electrically connected to the electrode and is formed on the electrode; and a plating layer. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the plating layer surrounds the electrode and the ribbon.
