PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active silencer efficiently reducing noise.SOLUTION: The active silencer of one embodiment reducing control target sound generated from a sound source comprises: a reference signal generation part; a first filter processing part; an averaging part; a control speaker; an error microphone; and a filter updating part. The reference signal generation part generates a plurality of different reference signals on the basis of the control target sound. The first filter processing part performs filter processing on each of the plurality of reference signals with a first digital filter to generate a plurality of first control signals. The averaging part averages the plurality of first control signals to generate a second signal. The control speaker outputs the second control signal as control sound. The error microphone detects composite sound pressure of the control target sound and the control sound, and generates an error signal indicating the detected composite sound pressure. The filter updating part updates the first digital filter so as to minimize the error signal. |
