PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer enabling automatic calibration in accordance with lapsed days from a manufacturing date of a reagent.SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer of an embodiment makes a dispensed reagent react with a specimen, and measures a component of reaction liquid on the basis of a previously created calibration curve. Creating means creates the calibration curve using a factor including a gradient indicating the variation in absorbance with respect to the concentration of each standard specimen. Counting means counts the lapsed days from the manufacturing date of the reagent. Correcting means corrects each factor on the basis of the lapsed days counted by the counting means. |
