<p>[Problem] To provide a piezoelectric actuator which suppresses occurrence of sparks as a result of a gap being created between conductive particles and a surface electrode, in addition to a piezoelectric oscillation device and a portable terminal. [Solution] This piezoelectric actuator includes: a laminate (4) in which internal electrodes (2) and piezoelectric layers (3) are stacked; surface electrodes (5) which are electrically connected to the internal electrodes on at least one main surface of the laminate (4); and a flexible circuit board (6), wherein one portion is bonded to one main surface across an anisotropic conductive adhesive (7) that includes conductive particles, and which is provided with a wiring conductor (61) which is electrically connected to the surface electrodes (5). There are projections (50) in bonding areas with the anisotropic conductive adhesive (7) on the surface electrodes (5).</p> |
