The present invention can adjust the capacity of storing a refrigerant according to changes of operating conditions such as outdoor temperature or temperature on a load side and the like such that a proper supercooling degree can be obtained even though the operating conditions are changed, thereby enabling an optimal operation all the time regardless of the changes in the outdoor temperature and the temperature on a load side. Furthermore, the present invention enables a refrigerant to be stored in a bellows and controls the bellows so as to compress or elongate the same, whereby a refrigerant storage of a receiver can be adjusted in an easier manner. In addition, since the present invention employs a separate instrument when the bellows is compressed or elongated without using a refrigerant which goes through a refrigeration cycle, it is possible to introduce the entire quantity of a refrigerant discharged from a compressor to a condenser without the loss thereof.
