NiO / GDC-GDC dual nano composite powder is synthesized through the Pechini process and the synthesized NiO / GDC-GDC dual nano composite powder is applied to an anode supporter formed along an anode functional layer (AFL) or a GDC electrolyte and an LSCF-GDC cathode. When producing said anode, anode supporter and electrolyte, a tape casting method, a lamination method, and a co-firing method were used. An NiO-GDC anode and an unit cell including an NiO/GDC-GDC anode were assessed bawd on power density and durability. As a result of the assessment, when using an NiO/GDC-GDC dual nano composite as an anode, the power density at 650 °C is improved from 0.4W/cm2 to 0.56W/cm2 in using H2 fuel/air, and from0.3W/cm2 to 0.56W/cm2 in using CH4 fuel/air. The improvement in the power density results from the suppression of carbon poisoning effect. Even though the present invention includes nickel oxide as an anode, carbon poisoning effect is suppressed and power density is improved. |
