PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which inhibits enlargement of an electric connection box.SOLUTION: A wire harness system includes: a wire harness mounted on a vehicle and having an electric wire bundle formed by bundling multiple electric wires; an electric component electrically connected with the wire harness; and a switching unit 21 which is electrically connected with the wire harness, is directly or indirectly attached to the electric wire bundle, and includes a switching element 22 for flowing a current or interrupting the current to the electric component. The switching unit 21 further includes a fuse element 39 which inhibits an excess current from flowing through the electric component or the electric wires.
