PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog electronic watch with an improvement in how unused hands look.SOLUTION: An analog electronic watch includes a first hand, a second hand which rotates coaxially with the first hand and has a shape that is covered under the first hand when pointing in the same direction, and rotation control means which independently controls rotation of the first hand and the second hand. When the second hand is not representing a predefined function, the rotation control means makes the second hand move synchronously with the first hand such that the second hand points in the same direction as the first hand. |
