PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a secondary battery module with a silica electrode, in which film formation of a solid electrolyte containing a silicon oxide SiO2 and further zeolite is inexpensively performed on an anode at high rate, in a solid electrolyte secondary battery employing s silicon compound for an electrode; and a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There are provided: a silica electrode secondary battery in which, in order to manufacture a silicon secondary battery including a positive electrode 4 comprising silicon oxide (silica) having a chemical formula of SiO2 and a negative electrode 6 comprising silicon nitride having a chemical formula of Si3N4, silicon boride SiB4 or gold, and employing a nonaqueous electrolyte 5 between the positive electrode 4 and the negative electrode 6, silicon compound powder is mixed with zeolite to be printed by irradiation of ultraviolet rays (UV) or heating up to about 130°C, film formation of each electrode is thereby performed, then the solid electrolyte 5 mixed with zeolite is coated on the electrode, and thereafter both electrodes are joined to fabricate a unit cell; and a method for manufacturing the silica electrode secondary battery. |
