PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform camera shake correction while always accurately detecting a motion vector of a subject without increasing a processing time.SOLUTION: A resizing control unit 9 determines a resizing magnification for resizing an image in accordance with a photographing state of an imaging device. A resizing unit 10 performs resizing processing on the image in accordance with the resizing magnification determined by the resizing control unit 9 to obtain an image subjected to the resizing processing. Then, a motion vector generation unit 13 calculates a motion vector of a subject on the basis of the image subjected to the resizing processing. |
