The stopper (10) has a sealing portion (15) formed with an inner lip that is formed at an inner circumference surface of a sealing hole. A crimping portion (13) is arranged before the sealing portion in an insertion direction (ID) of a wire and formed with a crimping surface (25). A deepened groove (20) is formed in a circumferential direction at an outer peripheral surface. A locking portion (24) is arranged at a terminal edge of a drum in a latching crimped state, or the deepened groove arranged in a release direction. An independent claim is also included for a terminal fitting.
