The implant is made of a biocompatible frame (1), and an insert (2) which is inserted into the frame. The frame is extended between the periphery of open upper side of a framework and open underside of an underside frame. The insert includes a framework structure on which a transplantable tissue piece is formed. A securing device is provided on the underside frame for securing frame to a body tissue. Another securing device is provided on the upper side frame for securing frame to another body tissue.
