The device (1) has circuit carriers comprising a sintered ceramic circuit substrate (3) and a power circuit board (5) that are electrically connected with one another. The circuit carrier is indirectly connected with a common heat sink (16) over heat derivative surfaces (7, 9). The circuitry carriers are stacked in sections on top of one another and overlying electrical bonding surfaces (4, 6, 41, 42). An electrical conductive connection unit extends between the electrical bonding surfaces and electrically connected with one another. An independent claim is also included for an electromotor.
