<p>Provided is a solid-state image pickup device that includes a plurality of pixels that are arrayed two-dimensionally and convert incident light into electric signals. The pixels include first pixels (100A), and second pixels (100B) that are adjacent to the first pixels (100A) and have a light incidence angle property symmetric with respect to that of the first pixels (100A). For example, the configuration may be as follows. In the first pixel (100A), the center of a color filter (106) is deviated in a first direction with respect to the center of a light receiving part (102), and the center of a microlens (107) is deviated in the first direction with respect to the center of the color filter (106). In the second pixel (100B), the center of a color filter (106) is deviated in a second direction opposite to the first direction with respect to the center of a light receiving part (102).
