<p>The present invention provides a system for measuring an isolation resistance. The system comprises a voltage source configured so as to be electrically connected to first and second electrical terminals. The system further comprises a voltage meter for measuring a first voltage level between the first electrical terminal and a vehicle chassis, and measures a second voltage level between the first electrical terminal and the vehicle chassis when a resistor having a set resistance level is electrically connected between the first electrical terminal and the vehicle chassis.
