摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchromesh mechanism which selectively uses a material having high mechanical strength and a material having low mechanical strength and combines these materials thereby maintaining mechanical strength and enabling easy manufacturing, and to provide a vehicle speed change gear equipped with the synchromesh mechanism.SOLUTION: A synchromesh mechanism includes: a clutch hub 2 which integrally rotates with a main shaft S; a sleeve 3 which is spline-engaged with the clutch hub 2 so as to slide in an axial direction of an outer periphery of the clutch hub 2; a synchronizer cone 4 which integrally rotates with a gear G2; and a synchronizer ring group 5 which is disposed between the clutch hub 2 and the synchronizer cone 4 and synchronizes the clutch hub 2 with the synchronizer cone 4. An outer ring 6, which is disposed at the outermost peripheral side and is connected with the clutch hub 2, is formed by a material having mechanical strength lower than an intermediate ring 7 and an inner ring 8.
