PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an intermediate transfer belt having an elastic body with stable resistivity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an intermediate transfer belt includes: a coating step of coating an elastic body solution in which thermoplastic elastomer and a conductive agent are dissolved in a solvent on a base material by dispenser coating at a coating speed of 10-20 mm/sec with respect to a core bar 4, while rotating the columnar core bar 4 in which the base material is wound around the peripheral surface in a circumferential direction; and a drying step of drying the elastic body solution coated on the base material by rotating the core bar in the circumferential direction. The coating step is performed in a state where the core bar is being heated at a temperature of 70-90% of the boiling point of the solvent. The drying step is performed in a state where the core bar is being heated at a temperature of 70-90% of the boiling point of the solvent.
