PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator in which an operation is changed with a humidity sensor to a mode in which outdoor air is not supplied and indoor air is exhausted to the outdoor at a speed of rotation higher than a detected target speed of rotation.SOLUTION: The ventilator comprises operation determination means 26 that automatically switches between a supply/exhaust operation mode in which while identifying indoor humidity situations with a humidity sensor 14 and securing predetermined air volume, a balance between supply air volume and exhaust air volume is also kept, and a forcible exhaust operation mode. When selecting the forcible exhaust operation mode, an air supply damper 12 is fully closed; an exhaust damper 13 is fully opened; a speed of rotation which is higher than that detected also by exhaust air passage rotation speed detection means 25 is set as a target speed of rotation; and indoor air is exhausted through an exhaust air passage to the outdoor without supplying outdoor air through a supply air passage 6. |
