Provided are a trunking service processing method and device, a base station and a user equipment. The method comprises: a base station generating scheduling information used for scheduling trunking service channel (GTCH) resources of a trunking service with one or more user equipments (UEs) based on a long term evolution (LTE) system; and the base station sending the generated scheduling information to the one or more UEs. The present invention solves the problems that a trunking communication system cannot satisfy user's service demands and the user experience is reduced, thereby achieving the effects of satisfying user's trunking service demands based on the LTE system and improving the user experience.
