<p>The embodiments of the present invention provide a user grouping method and apparatus, related to the communication field, and used for grouping the users in service. The method comprises: determining the group number information of user groups that the user equipment UE belongs to according to the received user information parameters of the UE and the pre-configured mapping information, wherein, the mapping information is the mapping relationship between the user information parameters and the group number information of the user groups and is pre-configured according to operation strategies of the operator, and the user information parameters are information parameters used for identifying characteristics of the UE; identifying the user group that the UE belongs to using the grouping information, wherein, the grouping information comprises: the group number information. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to user grouping occasions.</p> |
