PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip galvannealed steel sheet having both surface slidability (flaking damage resistance) and powdering resistance at press forming and excellent in productivity, and to provide its production method.SOLUTION: A hot dip galvannealed steel sheet excellent in productivity and press formability contains a steel plate (ferrite) having a component composition containing, by mass%, C:0.0005 to 0.01%, Si:0.001 to 1.0%, Mn:0.01 to 2.5%, P:0.001 to 0.1%, S:0.02% or less, Al:0.01 to 0.10%, Ti:0.0001 to 0.1%, N:0.001 to 0.010%, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and has {111}/{100}, which is a ratio of crystal orientations {111} and {100} of a steel sheet surface, of (1-0.016×[P]/[Ti]) to (3.2-0.016×[P]/[Ti]), where [P] is P concentration and [Ti] is Ti concentration in the steel plate (ferrite). |
