PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having superior light extraction efficiency and capable of reducing the size.SOLUTION: The display device is configured including: a light emitting device main body; a low-refraction-index layer; and a package member. The low-refraction-index layer formed over a light emitting plane of the light emitting device main body, which has a first refraction-index. The package member is formed to seal the light emitting device main body and the low-refraction-index layer therein, the light emitting plane of which is a plane surface and has a second refractive index higher than a first refractive index. |
