PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell which can increase the output by widening the effective area of a transparent electrode layer, and can decrease the failure rate when manufacturing a thin film solar cell while ensuring insulation in a second through hole, and to provide a manufacturing method of a thin film solar cell.SOLUTION: In a thin film solar cell 1, a transparent electrode layer 5 and a second back electrode layer 6 are insulated electrically, by separating the transparent electrode layer 5 around a second through hole 8 by means of a blade body 12, by using a separating groove 11. |
