PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a sheet-like material, which can inspect in detail a part processed into a member having a mirror finish surface.SOLUTION: The inspection device includes IR-LED illuminator 41 that irradiates paper W with light including infrared rays and is disposed at a position inclined from a normal line N of a measurement surface; an IR monochromatic camera 42; an IR filter 43 that blocks visible light originated from the IR-LED illuminator and reflected by the paper W and that allows only infrared light to be incident to the IR monochromatic camera; and a control device 46 that determines the propriety of a processed part IEa as a 'security thread' or a processed part IEb as an 'OVD' (optical variable device) of the paper based on the infrared light originated from the IR-LED illuminator and incident to the IR monochromatic camera. |
