PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a host that controls a nonvolatile memory card; a system including the same; and an operation method of the same.SOLUTION: An operation method of a host that is connected to a nonvolatile memory card of the present invention via a clock bus, an instruction bus, and one or more data buses includes the steps of: transmitting a first instruction to the nonvolatile memory card via the instruction bus; transmitting via the one or more data buses first data corresponding to the first instruction to the nonvolatile memory card or receiving it from the nonvolatile memory card; transmitting a second instruction once or more times to the nonvolatile memory card via the instruction bus during the transmission of the first data or before the transmission of the first data.
