In this serial connection state, the air conditioner 1 takes the mixed air of the outside air OA from the ventilation device 2 and a part of return air RA from a controlled space 4, and the ventilation device 2 discharges the remaining return air RA from the controlled space 4 as exhaust air EA. When an indoor temperature Trpv is higher than a cooling set temperature Trsp and an outside air temperature Tout, and the difference &Dgr;Tr between the indoor temperature Trpv and the cooling set temperature Trsp is a prescribed value Tth or less, a controller 3A operates the ventilation device 2 in a non-heat exchange ventilation mode, and operates the air conditioner 1 in an air supply mode. |
