PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cable for supplementary charging and a cable for normal charging, to perform supplementary charging by using the cable for supplementary charging when an electrical machine is stored for a long period of time and perform normal charging by using the cable for normal charging when the electric machine is in normal use.SOLUTION: A charger comprises a charging circuit for a secondary battery, an external power supply connector to which a cable for supplementary charging and a cable for normal charging are selectively connected for connecting the charging circuit with an external power supply, a determination part that determines between the cable for supplementary charging and the cable for normal charging connected to the external power supply connector, and a charge control part that controls the charging circuit to selectively perform supplementary charging or normal charging on the basis of the determination result of the determination part. |
