PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of creating, transferring, browsing and distributing confidential document digital data safely to prevent an unauthorized user from browsing the data as well as an authorized user from taking out the data.SOLUTION: The interior of an information device 10 is divided into two sections, a section 30 which handles confidential document data and a section 40 which provides a user interface, so that a user cannot see the confidential document data directly. The section 30 which handles the confidential document data and the section 40 which provides the user interface are mutually communicated via an internal communication channel 21. The confidential document data is transmitted and displayed via the internal communication channel 21 only when there is no problem with a terminal ID collation or a user authentication. The section 30, using a special communication system via an external communication unit 38, encrypts a confidential document created by the user, adds disclosure destination restriction information for the encrypted confidential document before transmitting the confidential document. |
