PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warehouse control unit and the like that automatically delivers from a storage shelf in a warehouse components and the like disused after production of products or the like is discontinued so that management of counting inventory and the like is not needed.SOLUTION: A warehouse control unit 13, after production of finished products on a production line 15 is discontinued, controls delivery from a storage shelf 5 storing components 9 needed for the production of the finished products, of the components 9 disused after the production of the finished products is discontinued. The warehouse control unit 13, by reference to finished product constituent data that associate data on the finished products with data on the components 9 needed for the production of the finished products and component inventory data and the like indicating inventory quantities of the components 9 stored in the storage shelf 5, renders the components 9 in the storage shelf 5 corresponding to the finished products whose production was discontinued. When needed, the warehouse control unit 13 receives approval for delivery and then controls, by reference of the component position data indicating the positions of the components 9 in the storage shelf 5, delivery from the storage shelf 5, of the components 9 to be delivered. |
