The present invention relates to a mobile communication technical field, and provides a method, small cell, and mobile communication system for processing radio link failure. The method comprises: confirming by a small cell whether a signaling radio bear transmission connection between a user equipment and a macro base station is interrupted; if so, receiving signaling radio bear configuration parameters transmitted by the macro base station, the signaling radio bear configuration parameters comprising signaling radio bear SRB identification, radio link control layer configuration and logic channel configuration; establishing a signaling radio bear for the user equipment based on the signaling radio bear configuration parameters; and notifying the user equipment that the signaling radio bear transmission connection with the macro base station is switched to the signaling radio bear established by the small cell. The present invention provides a control panel temporarily with the new signaling radio bear established by the small cell, thereby reducing the interrupted time of UE traffic, ensuring the continuity of the traffic, and the temporary control panel support provided by the small cell effectively ensuring the cover capability of a network.
