The present invention relates to a luminous flux control member, and a light emitting device and a display device including the same. The luminous flux control member according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an incident surface which receives light; and a refractive surface which receives the light from the incident surface. The incident surface or the refractive surface includes a diffraction pattern which diffracts the light.
