PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-retardant seal material which is excellent in water cut-off performance, has excellent fire retardancy (low combustibility) and is good in fogging property.SOLUTION: There is provided a fire-retardant seal material formed of a polyurethane raw material including a polyol component, an isocyanate, a foaming agent, a catalyst and a water repellent agent, wherein 80 to 100 pts.mass of a hydroxy group-terminated prepolymer obtained by a reaction of a polyether polyol with an isocyanate is included in 100 pts.mass of the polyol component. The water repellent agent is at least one selected from polybutadiene polyol, hydrogenated polyol of polybutadiene, polyisoprene polyol and hydrogenated polyol of polyisoprene. The fire retardant contains 3 to 25 pts.mass of a halogen-containing non-condensed type phosphoric ester having an average molecular weight of 400 or more, which is liquid at normal temperature, based on 100 pts.mass of the polyol component and the isocyanate index is adjusted to 100 to 150. |
