PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release agent for a tire inner surface providing sufficient air permeability and durability to a bladder, and further having little omission of a mold release agent component powder from a tire inner surface after molding.SOLUTION: A mold release agent for a tire inner surface contains an inorganic component made by powder, polyether-modified silicone, a surfactant and water, and 25 wt.% or more of the inorganic component is synthetic amorphous silica. The tire is a tire which is obtained by attaching the mold release agent for a tire inner surface to a raw tire and vulcanized.
