PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolled steel sheet having excellent press formability, and a manufacturing method for the steel sheet.SOLUTION: The surface of a cold rolled steel sheet has a film which contains Zn of 10 mg/mor more and 500 mg/mor less, S of 1.0 mg/mor more and 100 mg/mor less, and P of 0.2 mg/mor more and 10 mg/mor less, and has an average thickness of at least 10 nm. The cold rolled steel sheet is produced by bringing the cold rolled steel sheet into contact with solution containing sulfuric acid ion of 3 g/L or more and Zn ion of 3 g/L or more before washing and drying, and then bringing the cold rolled steel is into contact with solution including P ion of 0.01 g/L or more. |
