PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation body and a heat insulation method in which a heat insulation effect is realized and its deterioration caused by heating operation is prevented.SOLUTION: Silicone rubber base is produced by mixing vinyl silicone polymer, plasticizer and dry silica, and further mixing carbon and vulcanizer so as to generate mixture. The mixture is molded by a metal mold and a heat insulator is manufactured through vulcanization and secondary vulcanization. The heat insulator includes substance having 5.5 to 19.8 of carbon, 63.4 to 89.2 of dry silica combined to each other in an amount ratio when vinyl silicone polymer is 100. The heat insulation body is heated through irradiation of micro-wave and an object to be heat insulated is kept in heat insulated state by the heated heat insulation body. |
