PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that effectively collects flakes falling off an oxygen-side electrode.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 comprises: a fuel cell 2; a fuel supply section 3; an oxygen supply section 4; and a discharge section 5. The fuel cell 2 has an electrolyte layer 14, a fuel-side electrode 12 formed on a first side surface of the electrolyte layer 14, and an oxygen-side electrode 13 formed on a second side surface of the electrolyte layer 14. The fuel supply section 3 supplies liquid fuel to the fuel-side electrode 12. The oxygen supply section 4 supplies oxygen to the oxygen-side electrode 13. The discharge section 5 allows emissions containing flakes 33 of the oxygen-side electrode 13 to be discharged from the oxygen-side electrode 13. The discharge section 5 has: a discharge line 6; and an electrical collection section 7 that is provided in the discharge line 6 and that electrochemically collects the flakes 33 of the oxygen-side electrode 13 from the emissions. |
