PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost key switch device that has a high-strength pantograph section and that reduces the number of assembly steps.SOLUTION: A key switch device includes: a key top 4; a base plate 6; a pantograph section 7; and an urging mechanism that urges the key top 4 upward. The pantograph section 7 has: an upper inner shaft section 11 and an upper outer shaft section 12; a lower inner shaft section 13 and a lower outer shaft section 14; a pair of inner link sections 15; a pair of outer link sections 16; and a pair of coupling pins 17 each inserted through an inner groove and an outer groove that are disposed adjacent to each other. The upper inner shaft section 11, the lower inner shaft section 13, and the inner link sections 15 are included in a one-piece inner rectangular ring member 7A that is formed by pressing and folding a metal plate. The upper outer shaft section 12, the lower outer shaft section 14, and the outer link sections 16 are included in a one-piece outer rectangular ring member 7B that is formed by pressing and folding a metal plate. |
