PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope holding device and a trolley, surely holding an endoscope by preventing an error in locking a plurality of endoscopes different from each other in the positional relationship between an operation part and a cable.SOLUTION: An endoscope holding device includes: a cable receiving part 11 provided with one groove 11a formed for locking a cable (a universal cord 201) of an endoscope; a first regulating part (a first regulating surface 13a) for regulating the position of an operation part 202 of a first endoscope 200-1 when a cable 201 of the first endoscope 200-1 out of the first endoscope 200-1 and a second endoscope 200-2 different from each other in the positional relationship between the cable 201 and the operation part 202 connected to the cable 201, is locked on the groove 11a; and a second regulating part (a second regulating surface 13b) for regulating the position of the operation part 202 of the second endoscope 200-2 when the cable 201 of the second endoscope 200-2 is locked on the groove 11a.
