PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective optical sensor configured to accurately detect a change in surface condition of a transfer member by accurately detecting reflected light of a fixing member, while maintaining excellent image quality, and to provide an image forming device.SOLUTION: A printer 100 for forming an image on a recording sheet S using toner includes: a reflective optical sensor 200 comprising an LED 211, an irradiation lens 221, a light-receiving lens 222, a PD 212, a substrate 210, a case 240, and a flat part 223 arranged on a boundary between the irradiation lens 221 and the light-receiving lens 222; and surface condition determination means 300 which detects a surface condition of a fixing belt 61 on the basis of a detection value from the reflective optical sensor 200. |
