PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which provides a cavity for drawing a refrigerant thereinto in a heat sink contacting with a refrigerant passage and causes the refrigerant to smoothly flow in the cavity thereby improving the cooling efficiency of a heating element.SOLUTION: A cooling device 2 disclosed by the specification includes: a heat sink 20 contacting with an MOS 50 that is a heating element; and a refrigerant pipe 10 contacting with the heat sink 20 and through which water passes. A cavity 30 for drawing water in the refrigerant pipe 10 is provided in the heat sink 20. Further, a fin 40, which has a blade shaped cross section, is provided along a direction that the water passes, and includes an expanded surface (a blade upper surface) 48 facing the cavity 30 side, is provided between the cavity 30 and the refrigerant pipe 10. |
